Telepathy is the direct transference of thoughts from one person to another using only their minds, one to send and another to receive, without any form of physical contact. Also called ESP or extra-sensory-perception, it is communication that goes beyond the five physical senses.Primitive man used it as a survival mechanism. Everybody today still has latent telepathic abilities, it's just a matter of remembering how to listen. Everyone projects, (sends), naturally. The more emotionally charged a thought is, or the more forceful, the louder it is being projected.
Most Twins display telepathic abilities at a very young age, even as infants, and as they grow older they use it as a form of instinctive communication. Many times, even close siblings will also show this ability and it is almost always easier to learn between family members.
One of the best tools to use to train the mind to re-learn to hear, (recieve) is a deck of new regular playing cards. To begin, you can use the fact that half, twenty-six of the cards, (remove the jokers) are black and the other half are red. After you begin to get proficient with the colors, you can then move on to the four suits, then the thirteen type of cards, and lastly, the fifty-two individual cards themselves.
How to use Playing cards to test and train Telepathy
Both people need to sit down somewhere comfortable and quiet, back to back, you'll want no external stimulation that can interfere with the process. Prepare yourselves by Clearing and calming your minds so that you can focus on either sending or recieving. This is the hardest part of learning to use telepathy, to still the mind, meditation can be an excellent exercise in preparation for both transmitting and receiving telepathic signals.
Next, chose who will send the thought and who will receive it.
The sender then shuffles the deck and lays it down. The sender peeks at the top card but replaces it back onto the top of the deck and taps the deck to signal the beginning of the transmission.
You'll always want to replace the card and re-shuffle the deck after each card so that there are always fifty-two cards, this will keep the odds at exactly a one in two chance when using the color, or a one and four chance when using the suits.
The transmission of telepathic signals is largely visual, so the sender needs to visualize the message. Starting with colors, red or black, don't picture the card itself, just a blank card of the solid color. Later, as you work with the suits, picture a card with one large symbol representing the suit taking up the full side of the card. The same goes for the type card, such as the (2) or a (K) nearly as big as the card. Finally, when you're sufficiently advanced enough to work with the individual cards, you should have no trouble picturing and sending the image of the actual card.
Everyone transmits naturally, so the sender is largely learning to focus on a thought to make the image they are transmitting a more clear and precise thought. The receiver, on the other hand, must re-learn how to listen with their mind instead of their ears, something that "WE", as a race have forgotten how to do, so clearing the mind is the most important thing they must do. Put simply, if you have NO thoughts of your own in your mind, any thought that suddenly appears, must be coming from outside, a transmission.
At first, you won't be able to distinguish the thoughts of your partner in the experiment from another person's, so it's best to practice somewhere secluded where there's less chance of inteferrence. Later, as you gain experience, you'll learn to recognize one person's thoughts from another, much the same way you know the sound of one person's voice over another's. Eventually, you'll also learn to filter out the unwanted 'noise' much the way that you do naturally with sounds in a large crowded room with everyone talking at once.
No matter what, it's going to take a while to re-learn how to listen telepathically. So the main thing is not to let yourself get frustrated, this is not something that some can do and others can't, everyone can make their mind remember how to do it, but it WILL take some people longer than others to accomplish it, DON'T GIVE UP!
